Artist's Description

Harkins Hall is the founding building of Providence College and is named after Bishop Matthew Harkins, who provided the land for the college in 1917. Providence College is run by the Dominican Friars, or Order of Preachers. This photograph shows a close-up of the statue of Virgin Mary and the American flag.
