The Champney Falls Trail -- named after the 19th-century painter Benjamin Champney -- is one of the many hiking (and photographic) opportunities along New Hampshire's famed and scenic Kancamagus Highway. I've often found it a great spot for forest interiors on a rainy day, and this recent visit was no exception.
